We use your information to provide the BuildLedger platform, process payments, verify identities, send notifications, and improve our services.
We share information only as needed: with Stripe for payment processing, with project participants as required by the platform, and as required by law. We never sell personal data.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure cloud storage (Firebase/Google Cloud), and role-based access controls. Sensitive documents (W-9, insurance certificates) are stored with restricted access.
General Contractor internal pricing, profit margins, and subcontractor costs are strictly private and never visible to homeowners or other parties.
